Brayden had his first sleepover! My friend Laura came up from Tumwater on Saturday and brought her son Jake, who is exactly Brayden's age. They had a BLAST!! Brayden wasn't so sure about sharing all his toys and stuff (he has never had a friend over before) but he eventually got over it. We tried to get them to sleep in Brayden's room together but it really didn't work out too well. They had a lot of fun, I think we will do it again soon! Mommy and Laura got to have fun after the kids went to bed too!

Happy Halloween (LATE!)!! Brayden spent Halloween at his Papa Fletcher's this year, and he had a blast. He spent a couple of days there, and Brian and I came down for the trick or treat festivities. Papa had a big party with lots of kids and a pinata! Brayden loved trick or treating as soon as he figured out he was getting CANDY! Thankfully he forgot about his candy already, and it is up to mommy to eat it. *sigh* The things you do for your children! I am sure I will get better pictures of Halloween from the various people that were there so here is the ones I have. Keep warm everyone!

Happy Halloween!! We carved our pumpkin today. If you can tell, we did a Seahawks themed pumpkin. Our camera doesn't take dark pics very well.....Brayden loves pumpkins, but apparently is scared of pumpkin guts. He did not like those at all! Happy Halloween everyone (a little early) and look back for Brayden's debut as a purple dragon!! GO SEAHAWKS!!!

Happy Autumn! I had forgot how beautiful Whidbey is during the fall. Brayden and I saw a pair of bald eagles today right outside Brian's work. They were magnificent. We also went to the pumpkin patch (see below) and picked up a couple of pumpkins, as well as had the worlds best ice cream!! I hope everyone is doing as well as us! Alright, maybe I lied!! Summer has reared its head for one final hurrah! It was almost 80 degrees on the island today, which is pretty unheard of at the end of September! Speaking of which, Brian got me a new camera for my birthday (which isn't until October 1, but its okay)!! So expect to enjoy better quality pictures from here on out! I posted some pics below from last weekend, we went to the park 3 days in a row (there are about 30 parks in Oak Harbor). To explain the picture above, Brayden has a monkey backpack that he insisted he where while eating dinner, playing around the house and while sleeping, its his "Packpack"! He is such a nut sometimes. His newest obsession is the Seahawks (surprise, surprise), he will stand in front of the telelvision when they are playing and yell "GO!" "GO!" "Oh, MAaaN!! WHAT DOIN? WHAT DOIN?" It is pretty funny, he said "GO HAWKS" once, but hasn't said it again yet! I think he may be a football player someday! Happy autumn everyone, hope to hear from everyone soon!! MUAH!

Hello everyone! Well, it looksl ike summer is offically over.......:( But we did have some unseasonably warm weather the last few weeks, so we spent it outside, we know the rain will start and not stop for a looong time sometime soon. Brayden is doing great! He is speaking in 3-4 word sentances, and his vocabulary is quite expansive! Brian and I are the same, I am turning 25 soon, can you believe it? I hope you are well!!
