I dont know where you are, but here, it is definitely fall on Whidbey! We have been busy, busy, busy! Between weddings, and visits to Nana's and having summer fun, we have barely been home these last months. But life is starting to slow down, so we can hunker down for winter. Brayden told me that he either wants to be a pirate or lightening for Halloween. I think we will go with pirate. I love fall, I can't believe it is almost October already. We only have 8 more months living here, but we still don't know where we are going just yet, but we will let everyone know when WE know! We are looking foreward to next month, Brian's parents and brother are coming for a visit, Brayden is excited. I think he knows when grandparents are involved, he can't go wrong. street from our house, so we walked down to watch.

On the way back, we stopped at a park.

Apparently, a park at nighttime is

boat (besides a ferry), and he had a blast!

Helllloooo everyone! Isn't our guy getting handsome? August has been a busy month, I went to Chicago to meet up with my online mom friends, threw a bachelorette party and Brian and I went to Oregon for 8 days at the end of July. Brayden stayed with his Papa in Seattle, and had a blast (there are some pics below of him at the beach). We are doing well, I cant believe summer is almost over....it is overcast and 58 degrees here.

:( Hopefully we will get hit with some heat before it starts raining and never stops!! Brian gets to start picking orders to a new duty station next month (it may take a couple of months though) so this time next year, I will be updating you from somewhere different! Maybe somewhere exotic! Like Italy or Hawaii! Or Missisippi.....lol. I hope everyone is doing well, have a great rest of your summer!!!
