Merry Christmas everyone!! We had a wonderful holiday, a great meal, and as you can see, Santa obviously thought Brayden was a good boy this year (ask me, I might tell you a different story). Santa brought Brady a new John Deere tractor!! He loves it. I think all the holiday excitement is getting to him, he has been in rare tantrum form lately. Hopefully it will get better when we get home.....:) Brian spoiled me this year with a sapphire and diamond necklace.....I am a lucky gal!! Well, we went to a movie tonight as per tradition (We Are Marshall), and tomorrow we are taking all the kids sledding!! So I am sure I will be posting some more pictures soon. Happy 2nd birthday Brady!! We are in Wenatchee at Nana's house for a week (at least there is POWER here)! Brayden's birthday party was last night, we had it at Abby's Pizza (again), same place mommy had her 2nd birthday. Brayden had a lot of fun, a great turnout! He wasn't really excited about opening his presents, but he got the hang of it after awhile. He likes it when everyone sings to him though. He recieved many great gifts, and hopefully after Christmas is done, he wont be expecting gifts every weekend. Thank you everyone that came and sent gifts, he had a fantastic birthday. Holy snowfall Batman!! We here on the island have got close to 6 inches (which for us, is quite a bit)! The island is a mess, wrecks everywhere, downed power lines, etc. But a bonus, the base closed down today and Brian got an extra day off! So we went to Kmart and got the last sled they had. Brayden loves the snow! We had a fantastic Thanksgiving, and hope you all did too. Brayden will be turning 2 in less than 3 weeks! Seems like yesterday I was rocking him to sleep and feeding him bottles. Now it is all "No Daddy, I DO IT!!" or "NO! MINE!"........typical 2 year old, I guess. He is an amazing little kid though, and continues to astonish us daily. Have a safe and happy holiday season everyone!! Birthday pictures will be forthcoming.

Brayden had his first sleepover! My friend Laura came up from Tumwater on Saturday and brought her son Jake, who is exactly Brayden's age. They had a BLAST!! Brayden wasn't so sure about sharing all his toys and stuff (he has never had a friend over before) but he eventually got over it. We tried to get them to sleep in Brayden's room together but it really didn't work out too well. They had a lot of fun, I think we will do it again soon! Mommy and Laura got to have fun after the kids went to bed too!
