America's youngest ham radio operator! Brian has finally set up and got his radios running, and Brayden thinks they are really neat! Brian has joined the ham radio club of Whidbey Island, they are doing the communications for the Whidbey Island Marathon next weekend. He is excited to be renewing his old hobby. Brayden is doing well at daycare, he got bit and beat up by a 3 year old, but that boy has since been removed from that daycare (yay!). Brayden is now the only one in Donnas Daycare. We like her alot, Brayden gyrates with joy when he sees her every morning (I take it as a good sign). Everything is going well, the weather is starting to get warm and the days are getting longer (FINALLY)!! Hope you are all doing well!! :)
Dialing the North Pole. Santa? Is that you?

One of my online friends sent Brady this tee shirt, it matches the one her son Jake has. Apparently Brayden doesn't think mullets rule at all!! Thanks for the shirt Laura!!
I tried to use my spoon!!

Last weekend we drove down island to Fort Casey. It is an old Army fort from world war one that is now a state park. It has a lighthouse, fantastic views and you can go inside the old forts. It was pretty neat, and the weather was awesome!!
Daddy and I on top of the fort.
There were many people flying kites. This one guy kept making his kite land right next to Brayden, then when he went to go touch it, made it go up into the air again. Brady thought the kites were preeeety awesome!!
Beautiful, isn't it?
Piggyback, its the only way to travel.

Brayden's day at the park! We FINALLY had some decent weather today (after wind storms, hail, rain and SNOW the past week), so we decided to go to the park up the street from our house. Brayden loves being outside, we had a great time other than he picked up an old water bottle and put it in his mouth (ICK!) and he kept trying to get at this dog barking at him behind a fence. We definitely have an outdoor boy, he threw a fit when we left!! Hope everyone is having a great start to spring!!
Its not worth eating unless your cheeks bulge.
"Daddy, shouldn't you be pushing?"
Brayden LOVES the merry go round.
Not old enough for the slide just yet. But that doesn't mean he wont try!
Brayden doesn't walk. He runs full tilt boogy wherever he goes!!
The park we went to doesn't have baby swings, so Brayden swings with Daddy!
Attempting to climb the jungle gym.
Daddy showed me how to throw rocks down the storm drain!! FUN!!
Walking home.

I'm a cheeseball!! Brayden has recently discovered how to smile and look like he is going to attack you at the same time. He is so funny sometimes. Everything here is going well, Brayden loves his new daycare, mommy doesn't really like her new job but it will help support Braydens string cheese addiction. We are all getting excited to head East to Michigan in July. I am sure Grandma and Grandpa Hicks are going to enjoy Brayden immensely, and Brian is excited to finally get to go "home" after almost 3 years!! I am exctied to meet everyone. We hope everyone is doing well!!
