And so it begins. The magic of potty training. Hopefully it will be quick and painless!! Sorry I haven't updated Brayden's blog in awhile, there really hasn't been alot going on. Rain, rain, raaaain. Brayden is doing well, he is counting to 20 in english and to 15 in Spanish. I have got him up to 10 in German (once!). He is also starting to sight read simple words like DOG, CAT, BRAYDEN, etc. It is amazing how much he learns. He can tell me the difference between a cheetah, lion, jaguar or a tiger. He tells me all about chinchillas, kinkajous and other exotic animals. His vocabulary is pretty astounding. I attribute it to Dora and Diego. He is difficult sometimes, but worth every second. He is getting a little of what I call "the only child syndrome", wants everything NOW and HIS WAY, but hopefully we will remedy that soon ;) . It could be the fact he is two, also! I am still actively looking for a new job, there is not alot on Whidbey right now, since it is the direct opposite of tourist season. I will find something soon..... Brian is doing great, we will find out soon if he made board for the chiefs selection. So exciting! If anyone has any potty training tips for me, PLEASE email! Take care and check out the new pics below.
Hello everyone! Did you have a good Presidents day weekend? We got ONE good day of weather (meaning no rain), and fortunately that was the day our friend Laura and her son Jake came up from Ft. Lewis for another sleepover! Brady and Jake have so much fun together. We took them to Ft. Nugent state park, right up the street from our house, the city built a new play structure, and it is really fun. Take care!
